Dr. Juana facilitated two sessions and a mediation for my staff on inclusion that helped us through a rough spot post-pandemic. Almost the entire staff had turned over, and our work attracts a lot of strong personalities. Consequently, we had a lot of misunderstandings among staff that were really a drag on our office culture.
